Product Introduction
It retains WPKA's iconic hollow output shaft, making it perfect for through shaft transmission: long shafts or multi unit components can seamlessly fit without the need for additional couplings, simplifying equipment layout. Adopting the WP series thickened cast iron shell, it has strong impact resistance and reliable sealing, which can prevent oil leakage and dust, thus ensuring stable operation in harsh industrial environments.
The newly added input flange is its highlight: it enables direct and safe motor connection without the need for additional components such as couplings or sprockets, thereby shortening assembly time, saving space, and reducing user costs. Internally, tin bronze worm gears are paired with heat-treated 45 # steel worm gears to ensure excellent wear resistance and load capacity. WPDKA is highly suitable for packaging machinery, metallurgical rollers, and lifting equipment, providing efficient and customized transmission for devices that require hollow output and easy motor pairing.
