Our Factory

Covering around 30,000 m2 area, we JIAHUANG is a company combing R&D and manufacture as a whole, with our own R&D team and over 200 workers.

Equipped with sorts of advanced machines, our annual capacity reaches over 300,000pcs. Our professional manufacturing machine covers robotic machines, CNC cutting machine, high-speed hobbing machine, die-casting machines, etc.

Every gearbox will have rigorous testing—from material stress checks to noise inspection-to ensure it meets the durability and performance standards our clients rely on.

Our Facility

We have advanced production equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. Our high performance die casting machines produce rugged, stable components for high strength structures. High-speed gear hobbing machines process gears with micrometer accuracy to ensure smooth, long-lasting operation. Shot blasters improve surface quality, remove impurities and enhance corrosion resistance. All of these devices together guarantee efficient, stable and high-quality production.

Our Packaging

At JIAHUANG Transmission, we have always been meticulous in packaging our gearboxes. Each reducer is first packaged in a separate cardboard box with clear product model and information printed on it, which can prevent dust and scratches. After each individual is packaged, neatly code these reducers into a sturdy wooden box.

Under these two layers of packaging, it can provide protection against bumps and impacts during long-distance transportation, as well as compression during stacking. Moreover, packing in boxes is also convenient for handling, ensuring that each reducer can be kept in good condition when it is delivered to the customer.
