Product Introduction
It inherits the sturdy thickened cast iron shell of the WP series, ensuring strong impact resistance and reliable sealing (effectively preventing oil leakage and dust from entering in harsh industrial environments). The retained hollow output shaft remains a major highlight: it enables smooth axial connection of long shaft or multi unit transmission components without the need for additional couplings, simplifying equipment layout.
The difference between it and WPKA lies in the position of the input shaft: unlike the vertical layout where the input shaft of WPKA is located below the output shaft, WPKS places the input shaft above the output shaft. This adjustment makes it very suitable for devices that are more inclined towards upper input, such as certain textile machinery (drum drive) and packaging conveyor systems. It still uses tin bronze worm gear combined with heat-treated 45 # steel worm gear internally, providing consistent wear resistance and load-bearing capacity, thus providing customized and reliable transmission solutions for specific industrial scenarios.
