These hyperbolic gears are made of high-quality alloy materials, which undergo surface hardening treatment and are then machined into shape by high-precision gear grinding machines. They belong to hard toothed gears and have a large output torque. Both in terms of gear strength and service life, it is much higher than that of worm gear reducers.

Jiahuang Transmission's NKM series helical hyperbolic gearbox is a new generation product developed by integrating advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources. At present, its applications can be seen in multiple industries such as textile manufacturing, food processing, beverage production, tobacco processing, and logistics transportation.

1) The transmission core adopts a hyperbolic gear design, which covers a wide range of transmission ratios and can adapt to the speed regulation needs of different equipment.   

2) The output torque is strong, and the transmission efficiency can reach up to 92%, which not only saves energy but also meets environmental requirements.   

3) The shell is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, which is not only lightweight but also effectively rust proof, and can be used in various environments.   

4) It runs smoothly and quietly, even in harsh working conditions such as dusty and humid environments, and can operate stably for a long time.   

5) The appearance design is simple and elegant, with a long service life, and the overall volume is small, which can save space during equipment installation.   

6) Flexible installation method, supporting all-round layout (such as horizontal and vertical installation), suitable for multiple scenarios, and easy to operate.   

7) The sub models under the series can directly replace similar products: the KPM series can replace the NMRV worm gear reducer, while the KPB series can replace the Bonfiglioli W series worm gear reducer.   

8) Adopting modular design and multiple structural options, it can be flexibly matched according to different working conditions to meet diverse transmission requirements.
