Reducer with lubricating oil
1. The horizontal cycloid reducer adopts oil pool lubrication under normal conditions, and the oil level can be kept in the middle of the oil window. When the working conditions are bad and the ambient temperature is high, the circulating lubrication can be used.
2. The gear reducer should use lubricating oil with stronger viscosity, which can better bond to the gear and achieve better transmission effect.
3. The vertical installation of planetary cycloid reducer should strictly prevent the oil pump from cutting off the oil to avoid damage to the parts of the reducer.
4. When refueling, you can turn the breather cap on the upper part of the seat to refuel. When draining the oil, turn the drain plug at the bottom of the main seat to drain the dirty oil. There is no lubricating oil inside the reducer when it leaves the factory.
5. New oil should be replaced after 100 hours of refueling operation for the first time, (and the internal dirty oil should be cleaned), and then continue to work afterwards. Replace every six months (8-hour work system). If working conditions are bad, the oil change time can be shortened , Practice has proved that frequent cleaning and oil change of the reducer (such as 3-6 months) play an important role in extending the service life of the reducer. Lubricating oil should be replenished frequently during use.
6. The newly issued reducer has been lubricated and replaced every six months. The grease adopts aluminum disulfide-2# or 2L-2# lithium-based lubricating grease.
Lubricant quality level
The diesel engine under low-speed, high-load, high-speed and high-load conditions should be lubricated with CE grade oil; turbocharged diesel engines should be CD grade or above; CF-4 is suitable for high-speed, heavy-load, long-period diesel engines, especially suitable for highway driving . Effectively prevent piston ring wear and thickening of engine oil; CG-4 diesel engine oil is used when the fuel sulfur content is less than 0.05%; CH-4 diesel engine oil is used for bimetallic piston engines with higher fuel injection pressure and higher operating temperature; equipped with " The engine of the "low temperature exhaust gas recirculation" system requires the use of CI-4 diesel engine oil.
Compared with low-grade lubricants, high-grade lubricants have significantly improved anti-oxidation ability, detergency and dispersion ability. In addition, it has been significantly optimized in terms of valve mechanism wear protection, grease resistance, filter blockage prevention, lubricating oil loss, and low-temperature pumpability.
At present, with the promotion of national three and national four environmental protection requirements, various engine manufacturers have introduced high-quality engines (electronically controlled engines), and the use level of oil is also correspondingly improved. The CD level has been eliminated, and the CF and CH levels have become the mainstream . According to my country's national conditions, adverse factors such as severe vehicle overload, poor road conditions, low driver professionalism, and unstable diesel sulfur content have caused the engine to be overhauled in advance. Therefore, high-quality oil should be selected.
