Check before use:

Pay attention to check the oil filling of the gear reducer, first determine whether there is oil, and keep the oil volume above half of the oil level gauge.
Required installation place:
The installation environment of the gear reducer needs to be dry and well ventilated, the surrounding temperature is 10 ℃-40 ℃, abnormal high or low temperature, or outdoor or bad environment needs to inform the manufacturer in advance. The gear reducer must be installed on a flat and firm bottom.
Connection method of transmission parts:
When the connector is used to connect the input shaft or output shaft, it must be fixed and ensure that the two shafts are parallel. The base must be installed with bolts to ensure that the connector and the gear reducer are locked tightly. All equipment should be lightly installed on the shaft. It is strictly forbidden to use a hammer or other heavy objects to hit the shaft eccentrically and cause damage to the gear reducer and equipment, and avoid bearing damage caused by over-tightening.
Pulleys, sprockets or gears should be as close to the bearing as possible during assembly to reduce the bending stress on the bearing. Use the appropriate size (within 6 times the diameter of the output shaft) to connect the sprocket, belt pulley, etc. to the output shaft with H7 tolerance to avoid abnormal noise and damage to the shaft surface. Appropriate grease can be added to the joint of the gear reducer shaft to avoid excessive wear of the shaft diameter and abnormal noise. The shaft surface of the gear reducer can be coated with anti-rust paint to avoid rust and avoid the inability to separate due to rust when the gear reducer is separated.
Motor wiring and use:
When the power supply voltage of the gear reducer motor changes more than 10%, the motor may be burnt, and the torque of the output shaft will be reduced or abnormal. Therefore, the power supply voltage for the gear reducer needs to be stable and reliable. If a large change is found, the use of the gear reducer should be stopped. And a protection switch should be installed to reduce the risk of motor burning
The overloaded use of the gear reducer motor also has the risk of burning. When selecting the type, the load must be accurately notified to the type selection personnel, and the overload cannot be used during use. Incorrect wiring of the gear reducer motor will cause the motor to burn out, so before turning on the power, be sure to confirm the correctness of the wiring.
Use in a humid environment will rust the brake of the brake motor and lose its braking function. When using a gear reducer motor with a frequency converter, if you need to use it frequently at low frequencies, please use a dedicated frequency conversion motor, because the fan of a common motor is coaxial with the motor shaft, and the motor speed slows down at low frequencies, and the corresponding fan speed also changes Slow, so you need to use a dedicated variable frequency motor to be able to use it at low frequency for a long time.
