3. In the operation process, if you see that the oil temperature rises above 80°C or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100°C and abnormal noise occurs, stop the function, check the cause, troubleshoot the fault, and replace the lubricating oil before continuing the operation. .
4. The user also needs to have reliable operation protection inspection and use rules. The operation of the reducer and the abnormality during inspection need to be carefully noted. The reducer must be added with lubricating oil of appropriate viscosity before it is put into operation. Only when the friction between gears is reduced, the load caused by high load and impact can be used, the reducer can exert better capabilities.
In other aspects, the reducer should be installed at a temperature with better ventilation and cooling requirements. Prevent in places that are too hot or humid. The reducer motor must be correctly connected, and there are grounding devices and symbols in the wiring device. There is also a demand for the working environment of the reducer motor. First use for two hundred hours up and down, you must drain the lubricating oil, flush it clean, and then add new lubricating oil to the center of the oil standard. If the oil level is too high or too low, it may cause abnormal operating temperature.
