Stator winding: During the handover test, take 1 kV for those with a rated voltage of 0.4 kV and below, and 10 kV for those with a rated voltage of 6 kV; for the reducer in operation, and for those that have not been replaced during overhaul Or partly replace the stator windings of the reducer, take 1.5 times the rated voltage, but not less than 1000 volts; for all the stator windings, take 2 times the rated voltage plus 1000 volts, but not less than 1500 volts; not less than 100 kilowatts For important low-voltage reducers, the AC withstand voltage test can be tested with a 2500 volt megohmmeter.

The reducer is a power transmission mechanism that uses a gear speed converter to decelerate the number of revolutions of the motor (motor) to the required number of revolutions and obtain a larger torque. In the mechanism used to transmit power and motion, the application range of the reducer is quite wide.
