Principle: The transmission device of the RV reducer is composed of two parts: a first-stage involute cylindrical gear planetary reduction mechanism and a second-stage cycloidal pinwheel planetary reduction mechanism. It is a closed differential gear train, as shown in Figure 2.2. The active sun gear 1 is connected to the input shaft. If the involute gear 1 rotates clockwise, it will drive three planetary gears 2 arranged at 120° to rotate counterclockwise while revolving around the center of the wheel axis. The three The crankshaft 3 is fixedly connected with the planetary gear 2 and rotates at the same speed. Two cycloidal wheels 4 with a phase difference of 180° are hinged on the three crankshafts and meshed with the fixed pinwheel.
